Pornic, a small fishing port on the edge of the Jade Coast flanked by its castle known as Bluebeard, this very old seaside resort has many assets that attract many visitors.

- 50m from the sea and 100m from the beach of La Joselière,

- direct access to the Sentier des Douaniers. Facing the sea: on the right towards Pornic; on the left towards La Bernerie, much wilder, (only 2-3 houses) + see further
- 250m from the "Vélocéan" cycle path

food, laundromat, low-cost petrol pumps and a charging station at McDonald's...)
- 2km5 from the city center also accessible on foot by the coastal path (about 3/4 h) where the train station is located,
- +/- 500 m from the Dolmen of La Joselière which, together with that of Prédaire, are located in a protected natural and wild environment that should not displease nature lovers and wide open spaces.

The house:
-it is located in a residence with SWIMMING POOL (unheated, open from mid-June to mid-September) with wading pool for the little ones, TENNIS, petanque court, ping-pong table, all free for residents.
- Its garden is fenced and consists of two terraces and a rock garden.

- An electric awning protects the house from the sun and heat in summer.
- The house is oriented to the west, which with the adjoining property to the south, is more bearable in the summer
- The windows of the rooms are double-glazed and equipped with a mosquito net.

Important note: A deposit of €70 must be provided for cleaning. It will be refunded if the house is left clean.
