Jeg er glad for at du har lagt merke til våre fantastiske utendørsområder, komfortable rom og den fantastiske beliggenheten ved bredden av Luganosjøen. Det gleder meg også å høre at du satte pris på kvaliteten på frokosten som ble tilbudt under oppholdet ditt.Når det gjelder spørsmål om mobildekning og Wi-Fi-tilkobling, forstår vi hvor viktig det er å holde seg tilkoblet. Dessverre er vårt geografiske område ennå ikke dekket av bredbånd, og derfor kan tilkoblingen bli treg avhengig av antall brukere.Videre vil jeg også fremheve at vår strategiske beliggenhet gir enkel tilgang til ulike interessante destinasjoner. Vi er kun 20 minutter unna sentrum av Lugano og 15 minutter fra Menaggio ved Comosjøen. Dette gir muligheten til å nyte attraksjonene i begge steder fullt ut uten å lide under kostnader og trengsel.
