The property is structured as 2 interconnected houses, each with its own distinct configuration. The first house features a living and dining area with an open kitchen on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the first floor. The second house offers a living and dining area on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the first floor.

On the ground floor, the first living and dining room measures 30 m2 and includes a kitchen corner, while the second living and dining room measures 35 m2. Both spaces are bright and welcoming, each providing direct access to the terrace. The open kitchen is fully equipped and shared between the 2 living areas, featuring an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC and a separate WC are also located on this level.

On the upper floor, the 5 bedrooms are distributed as follows: 2 rooms each contain 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, both with direct access to the terrace.
