This apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house in the green village of Kukci, just 3 kilometres from Poreč.



The apartment is for 4-6 guests and has a surface area of 84 sqm, its own terrace, private parking, and garage. The house also has a fenced garden of 1000 sqm which means children can play in complete safety. In 2013 a new holiday home was added – Ruben, a bungalow suitable for 4-6 guests.



Attached to and accessible from the garden of the house, there's a children's playground to help keep younger guests entertained and a boccia court, perfect for some friendly competition.



The apartment Milica consists of two double bedrooms, a kitchen with dining area, living room with pull-out sofa for two people, and bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
