'Lovely serene location near the canal and river (might get busy when the weather is good)..Lovely traditional spacious and comfortable rooms, in good clean condition. Communication before arrival excellent. We weren't able to use the spa bath as the plumbing currently needs re-doing to prevent leaks and there is no shelf to put the toiletries in the bathroom. 'We stayed in room 1B in the Vernon Place Courtyard. Was a really convenient location right in the town centre, so all the shops and amenities that location offers. Excellent communication from our host and plenty of easy free overnight parking nearby in the council car parks (free after 8pm till 8am or 10am on Sundays at time of review) . It seems obvious in hindsight but only feedback is the images on Hotel.com and other sites are a mixture of all the different rooms they manage in that...

'A nice friendly farm B and B. I was in the anex which was a 1st floor room with the bath room below. It had a whirlpool bath. I found everything clean and usable. It had a small cupboard style kitchenette which was nice with a sink element and plates, cups and cutlery with tea and coffee. The breakfast was in the main farm house next door which was nice and cooked to order by the host who was very helpful and polite. All in all I would use this accommodation again. Thanks '
