Het personeel was onvriendelijk. We werden niet hartelijk ontvangen. Het eten en verblijf was prima. Maar de service was uitermate teleurstellend.

Basic hotel met ideale ligging: gratis shuttlebus stopt voor de deur. Zeer vriendelijk personeel: onze kamer bleek niet gepoetst te zijn maar receptioniste heeft samen met een collega dit probleem onmiddellijk eigenhandig opgelost.

Prima hotel
Driepersoonskamer met kids was voldoende ruim. Prettig ook dat er drie losse bedden stonden. Kamer was schoon. Ontbijt sober maar keuze genoeg.

Good hotel for the value with perfect location!
Family trip to Mt St Michel. Little difficult to find the hotel because of limited access to the hotel area with barricade. But the location is just perfect to enjoy your stay for Mt St Michel until late evening.

Pleasant and convienient
Close to Mont Saint Michel (20 minutes by foot). It is also possible to take the free bus (running every 5 minutes!).

Cheap hotel, a little older, very clean and very nice staff. Free spacious parking on the site. You need to contact the hotel staff on the day of arrival to obtain the code to get to the road to Mt St Michel. DON'T enter the parksite of the Mt St Michel community, drive around it to the D776 and follow the signs to Mt St Michel.

The property was very conveniently located. The staff were fantastic and helpful. We could easily walk to mont st michel, and the free bus to the abby left from in front of the hotel. My only complaint was that there was no outlet near the bed, i have a cpap and had to sleep in the twin bed next to the desk that had the only outlet in the room while my husband and child slept in the double. There were also guest laughing loudly for more than 10 mins in the hallway past 11pm. The kept my child awake. I know its not the hotel's fault, however, it seemed that no one came to stop the racket.

Very Close to Mont St Michell, the bus is just in front of the hotel .... Otherwise it will be nice if they have some extra perks even, water ,juice,coffee or tea.... But we appreciate that they are accommodating in change of the reservation date, because the date I booked there's a conflict with transportation. I recommend this place .Merci

Outstanding location. The shuttle to the Abby stops outside the hotel parking lot. We arrived late, but were still able to hop on a shuttle and enjoy a dinner inside the fortress area of Mont San Michel. Priceless experience. Hôtel clean and comfortable but old. Breakfast was basic. Advice: be sure to contact hotel for code to get in the gate.

Les gens de la réception étaient polis et serviables. Les matelas doivent être remplacés. J'ai oublié ma veste accrochée dans le placard et j'ai appelé le bureau le lendemain. Je n'ai porté la veste nulle part car il faisait chaud. On m'a dit d'envoyer un e-mail. J'ai rappelé le bureau et j'ai envoyé un e-mail avec une description complète. Je n'ai jamais reçu de réponse. C'est un comportement inacceptable de la part du personnel de l'hôtel et je ne recommanderais jamais cet endroit pour cette raison.

Perfect place to stay for your trip to Mont St. Michel. Parking easy and it is right on bus line to the town/Abbey. Room large and comfortable for two adults or two adults and two small children. Staff friendly and comfortable.

Es bueno por la ubicación. El aparcamiento no es gratis. Cada vez que sales del recinto pagas 5,20 al pasar la barrera. Problemas con la barrera. Moqueta sucia, cuarto estrecho e incómodo. Yo escogería otro aunque esté más alejado.

24 ore a Mont Saint Michel
Ho soggiornato una notte in questo hotel, ma dovete stare attenti al parcheggio che non è compreso nella notte in hotel, vi mandano una mail con il codice per entrare, ( costo euro 9,90 per24 ore) ma se per caso uscite prima dalla zona dovete pagare alla sbarra 9,90euro anche se state fuori solo una ora..al rientro il codice non è più valido e vi danno un altro biglietto da pagare nuovamente all'uscita...devo dire che i parcheggi non sono gestiti dal hotel

Close, Clean, and Comfortable
Mont-Saint-Michel is an iconic destination and Hotel Vert is as close as one can get without staying on the island itself. It is only a 2-minute walk to the tram, as well as a convenience store, souvenir shop, patisserie, and restaurant. The hotel rooms are Euro size, but clean and comfortable. The staff was bilingual and friendly. Note that you will need a code to enter the street the hotel is located on and it will be emailed to you 24-hours prior to your stay, so check your emails!
