'A great little apartment in the heart of Avranches. Clean, quiet and well equipped, excellent Wi-Fi, comfortable bedding, a portable A/C in the living room. No A/C upstairs and it can get very hot.The apartment is on the first floor with stairs, and then the stairs to the kids bedroom are steep.Easy access by car from the A84 highway, free street parking at night and free unlimited parking at the church 1 block away. Quick access by car to the Mont Saint-Michel, and other touristic areas....

'Sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft. Sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir waren nur eine Nacht, hierfür wunderbar. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich mir eine bessere Ausstattung der Küche wünschen. '

'L'appartement est magnifiquement bien décoré, très design, avec 2 salles de bain cuisine et terrasse, trés trés propre, 6 couchages possible, le canapé lit du salon est un vrai matelas 2 places, Mathieu est un hôte trés agréable à l'écoute et disponible tout au long du séjour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir rapidement ! '

'Fab functional apartment, we stayed there with our two teens, as a family of 4 it is tiny but comfortable and had everything you need for a few nights stop over. A couple of points to consider, the directions take you to 99 Bis. The correct address is 105. My only negative issues were how steep the stairs are and the very loud creaking doors. You cannot pop to the toilet without waking up everyone which was a shame as the beds are very comfortable! You just need some oil for the hinges :)...
