House built in 1900 and renovated in 2008 has a floor space of 106m2 on each floor. Downstairs is the kitchen with all the tools necessary (dishes, utensils) for 12 people. It also has a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, zumera, toaster, blender. The old fireplace is now a comfortable seating area. There is also the spacious lounge with a satellite TV, DVD, games for children and adults, library with books of all ages, DVD for children and adults. Also on the same floor is a shower room and a room for the plate with washer and dryer.
Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 double with cot and toilet, 1 twin, 1 with 2 bunk beds and 1 bath). All rooms have tv (except bunk beds), towels (1 per person), clean sheets (1 set per bed and one spare), blankets (1 bed). We have heating throughout the house and wifi.
The property is fully enclosed with 1100m2 of which the majority is lawned area.
