Experience South Ponte Vedra Beach like a local in this wonderful home! From the moment you step inside, you’ll be greeted with sweeping ocean views through the expansive windows, showcasing some of South Ponte Vedra’s most stunning stretches of beach. The house earned the name HELLO BEACH because that is what comes to mind the moment you step inside. The house is just south of Guana State Preserve, so it tends to remain very private.
The open-concept layout makes the home feel bright and spacious, and the recently remodeled kitchen (2022) shines with modern appliances. The upgrades don’t stop there—new flooring, updated ceiling fans, and other thoughtful touches throughout create a fresh, inviting atmosphere. This home was designed with gathering in mind, making it the perfect spot to enjoy time with family and friends at the beach. The exterior of the home was updated in 2025, including all new doors and windows, as well as a new deck, stairs and beach walkover. The deck features a sitting area to view the ocean and beach, and plenty of space to gather and enjoy the spectacular oceanfront setting.
The kitchen opens seamlessly into the living and dining areas, giving you everything you need to cook and enjoy meals together. The kitchen is generously furnished with most cooking ware needed for your home away from home. Seating is plentiful, with a dining table for eight and room for four more at the island. Whether you’re sipping coffee at sunrise or winding down with wine in the evening, you can take in the ocean views from the living room, dining area, or the spacious deck. A gas grill is located on the back deck and a propane tank is provided.
Four bedrooms offer private retreats, all outfitted with king beds for maximum comfort. On the main floor, you’ll find two primary suites, each with private bathrooms and incredible ocean views. The south suite includes a cozy sunroom with a sofa, ideal for quiet moments. A hall bathroom is also conveniently located on this level.
Head upstairs to a loft furnished with a queen bed and two twins—a perfect space for the kids. The lower level offers two more bedrooms: a junior primary suite with a king bed and walk-in shower, and another king bedroom with a full bath across the hall. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV for relaxation after a day in the sun.
Spend your days enjoying the beach—swimming, sunbathing, surfing, paddleboarding, or searching for shark teeth and sea glass along the shore. Nearby, Guana Tolomato State Park offers hiking, biking, fishing, and picnicking in a beautiful coastal setting.
For a taste of history, visit downtown St. Augustine, home to landmarks like Castillo de San Marcos, the St. Augustine Lighthouse, and many more. St. George Street, with its restaurants, boutiques, and galleries, is a must-see. Other highlights include the Lightner Museum and the St. Augustine Alligator Farm, which features wildlife exhibits and zipline adventures.
We provide a pack and play, high chair, as well as a a blow up queen mattress.
There are two sets of washer/dryers and a second fridge for your use. We provide beach chairs and beach towels to help make your stay as convenient as possible There is also generous parking available onsite.
Guest Access
You’ll receive a unique door code for keyless self-check-in. Arrival instructions are emailed and texted 48 hours before your stay.
For safety and security, there are 2 sets of outdoor cameras.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available if the home is ready, but must be arranged with management in advance.
The house is on the beach, but a short drive to waterfront restaurants. For adventures on the water, rent kayaks, paddleboards, or book a tour with local operators such as North Guana Outpost.
Beach driving is prohibited on our beach.

Maximum occupancy: 10 guests (not counting children under 12). The home sleeps up to 12 total.
All guests must be listed on the rental agreement, with ages for minors included. A government-issued ID is required for the primary guest.
Reservation holder must be at least 25 years old.
Check-in: 4:00 p.m. | Check-out: 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in/late check-out may be possible for a fee; booking an extra night is the best option if more time is needed.
No smoking property. Violations may result in fines and/or removal.
Taxes: 6.5% (state) + 5% (county). Long-term stays (6+ months) are exempt from these taxes but may incur extra housekeeping fees.
Property manager will send your rental agreement and check-in instructions via email and text. We’re available 24/7 during your stay and will check in with you a few times to make sure everything is going smoothly.
