Nice Facility. You will need a car to explore this island. The winding roads will test your skills. Restaurant was ok. Friendly folks. Would stay again if we return to the island!

Besoin de rénovation. Personnels impatients. Lézard et Thermites dans la chambre. Rendu à la réception nous ont répondu que c'est normal, nous sommes dans la nature. J'étais la 5 jours, il y a 4 cups nespresso à café. Charge la 5 ieme cup quand tu vas la chercher à la reception. Dans l'ensemble pas si mal. Rapport qualité prix un peu cher.

Wonderful Stay
We were very pleased overall with our stay at Acorsonho Apartamentos. Everything was very clean and the property is well looked after. It was too cool when we were there to use the outdoor pool (it wasn't heated) but I really enjoyed the indoor one. It was warm and always very clean. The hotel provides nice, large towels to use at the pool and you can also take these towels off of the property to use at the hot springs or at the beach. This was very handy as we didn't need to bring our own beach towels from home. The beds were very comfortable although in the living room the day bed was not the most comfortable seating for watching TV, reading etc. Also, a lamp would have been helpful in the living room as there was just the ceiling light there which was not bright enough for reading or any activity which needs more direct light. There aren't any facilities onsite for doing your own laundry (just a laundry service which would tend to get quite expensive) and the closest laundromat was in Ponta Delgada. However, the apartment did have a drying rack on the balcony which would be handy if doing any hand washing. All of the staff were wonderful, extremely personable, helpful and very obliging. They couldn't do enough for you. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Spacious and clean apartment
We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment. There were two of us and we found it to be quite spacious for just two people. Kitchen is fully equipped so you can buy groceries to self-cater if you choose. There is a large grocery store about a 5-minute drive away. Staff were friendly and helpful and spoke English. You will need a car to get around if you stay here, but it's fairly close to the airport (15 minute drive). There is plenty of parking for guests (they have a parking lot so you don't need to park on the street). Daily housekeeping, pool towels, safe inside the room to lock valuables, comfortable and large bed.

Estadia de conforto nos acores
Pequeno almoco buffet com bastante variedade de fruta, paes, bebidas, cereais e doces. Estacionamento no interior do recinto do hotel. Limpeza feita todos os dias com opcao de mudanca de cama e toalhas. Em regime de apartamento com tudo o necessario na kitchenete. Ginasio, piscina exterior e interior e sauna (banho turco desligado devido a covid). Insonorizacao nos apartamentos. Bastantes almofadas e cobertas extra. Cama muito confortavel. Ar condicionada tanto na sala como no quarto. Banheira e bidé.

Boa estadias mas com pontos a melhorar
Cama confortável e boas condições do apartamento. Ficámos num apartamento com varanda mas não pudemos usar por estar a chover. Estendal disponível, o que dá jeito para secar toalhas. Pouco isolamento sonoro, ouve-se os vizinhos a andar. Havia alguma loiça mal lavada. Trocaram as toalhas e deixaram uma a menos. Boa localização, zona calma.

Recomendo!
Tivemos boa estadia, só tenho alguns pontos a mencionar: positivos: tivemos num "flat" bem espaçoso, equipado. É bem silencioso, não tivemos problema com barulhos dos outros quartos e o hotel estava bem cheio. Apesar dos móveis não serem modernos, estão bem conservador. negativos: quarto e casa de banho muito escuros, lampada muito fraca. Café da manhã, é razoável, não há muita variedade. Os sumos não eram naturais, de máquina e pouca variedade de frios, somente queijo e fiambre. Bolos e doces, extremamente doces demais, enjoativos e percebe-se que não eram "caseiros". Num geral tivemos uma boa experiencia, o local é bem agradável, há uma grande piscina, apesar de não usarmos.

Es hat uns der Service sehr gut gefallen. Auch die Apartments, wobei die Sauberkeit etwas gründlicher sein könnte. Der Kaffee und auch das Essen im Restaurant waren relativ teuer. Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal war sehr gut und Probleme mit der Elektrizität etc. wurden zügig behoben. Die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt.

Big apartment with well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed. The aoartments belong to the hotel next door. You can use the pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center of the hotel next door, which also has a 24h reception. Unfortunately there was no sign that check-in for the apartments is in the hotel, even Orbitz didn't mention that anywhere.

We arrived at 7am and Maria Beatrice M Arruda was exceptional! Have us a room and went above and beyond to help us. We were there on a fact finding mission for information on Father's heritage. As Arruda is our last name it started a great new friendship. She helped us a taxi for touring the location of my father and grandparents home. Of course they lived there 110 years ago. She was kind and friendly. Restaurant staff also great and food was good traditional meals

The apartment we had was comfortable, but needed more seating. There was no comfortable seating for our family of three other than on the beds or the kitchen table. The miniature golf is a joke...course is out of shape and saw people given a pitching wedge to play with. No point in having this if you are going to keep it up. Hot tub was also poor. Water was barely warm and it was basically just a residential hot tub meant for two people with warm water. Overall...pleasant stay, but this hotel needs some updating.

Facility was terrific. House keeping is great. Buffet was awesome. Only issue was they need more lights in the garden and around the outdoor door for safety. All eles was terrific.
