Sitting just on the outskirts of Pollensa Old Town we find Villa Camp Redo, with countryside views yet still only a 5-minute walk into town. This charming villa offers the best of both worlds! Pollensa is enchanting, tucked away between two Tramuntana Mountains and packed with blonde stone architecture. Well worth a walk into!
At Villa Camp Redo the quadrant-shaped infinity pool caught our eyes straight away. Sitting in the middle of the terrace and garden, this swimming pool really is inviting on them hot sunny days. Adjacent to the pool you'll find the beam covered terrace with alfresco dining and an outdoor kitchen area, complete with a basin, brick-built BBQ and a stone pizza oven. Ideal for those avid chefs out there. Large terracotta pots filled with flowers and shrubs line the terrace and provide a calming, natural feel to the patio. 
Doors off the terrace lead into a cosy seating area, with beamed ceilings and sandy stone walls, ideal for those wanting to escape the summer sun whilst still being able to relax in style. Continue through the house and you'll find the living and dining area, open plan and with access to the front of the property. Just off this room, you'll find the kitchen, fully equipped and featuring another dining table. 
All three bedrooms are located on the first floor, one double and two twins. Two bedrooms are steeped in character, with sloped ceilings, dark wooden beams and authentic vintage furniture. All bedrooms share two washrooms, one full family bathroom and a shower room. There's also a third washroom located off the terrace and with external access only. 
To access the villa there is a path which is 240cm wide alongside 1 step. The driveway is on a slope. The front door has a width of 66cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 66cm wide. Outside, there is 1 step down onto the terrace. The terrace is tiled and mostly flat. Inside, there are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 11 steps to the first floor where all bedrooms and bathrooms have a door width of 75cm. There is 1 step into the kitchen from the lounge.
