'Very good stay. One of the friendliest and humble staff '

'We family of four stayed for 3 days and it was really much enjoying experience as rooms were neat clean and spacious. Service was excellent. Morning breakfast was having adequate varities . They arranged for us separate space in another room since hall was full. Dinner buffet option available wirh good menu at reasonable cost. Overall nice experience and surely will visit again. '

'Clean hotel, with parking, near bazar, small room, hot water'

'Every thing '

'This place doesn’t have a leagal route of entry, you have to illegally take your car through back in a no entry street which by the way is against the law in order to reach on front entrance of this hotel , till midnight sounds of women and men talking and moving in the hallway were coming into the room , there was nothing to warm the room . Hotel.com marketing this kind of hotel is not good for hotel.coms reputation '

'Overall nice and comforting stay'

'Average stay with basic amenities fulfilled but not like a 5 star luxury tagged as there is no pool, no kids play area. Food was not great too and the staff at restaurant was not that professional as 5 star properties should have.'

'It is a disaster. Never received confirmation of my reservation. Met with the manager and he agreed to give me a waver for refund. Please contact the hotel.'

'Clean room, warm staff and value for money. '

'Approach road is so narrow .... Also a bit outside the city '

'Excellent facilities. Though the staff stay area could use some upgradation.'
