On the ground floor, the living and dining area extends across 30 m2 and includes a sofabed measuring 120 cm in width and 180 cm in length, offering additional sleeping flexibility. The open kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living space. A shower room with WC is also located on this level. Also on the ground floor, a washing machine is housed in a dedicated room accessible via a separate external entrance.

The upper floor features an entrance hall with air conditioning and provides direct access to the balcony. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
