LAYOUT: This attached condo is in an oceanfront building with only 4 units, all on 1 floor, each a corner unit. Our 1 bedroom unit is on the side next to the beach walkway (northwest corner of the building) and all views are from the rooftop deck (see pictures). The location is 2 blocks south of the Beach Haven border (which is at Grosser St). Each unit has separate entry stairs to their own personal ‘lower dune deck’ and the door to each unit is entered from that private dune deck. There is a staircase to the roof deck shared between 2 units and there is a divider between the 2 sides of the roof deck so each unit has its own space on the roof deck. The pictures shown are just your section of the roof deck.
