'This was our second time staying at the Break and will be coming back again! Staff is super friendly and helpful. We had a great couple massage at the spa. Close enough to all the activity of Newport, but calm and peaceful at The Break! '

'Property is located in a great spot. There are plenty of actives to do walking distance. When you need them, the grocery store and restaurants are 10-15 min drive. Great place for a family get away. The host was very responsive to my questions. 10/10 would use again. '

'Lovely older home with enough windows to bring in the light. Well thought out design.Only drawback was that some of the electeic receptacles had power either in the top plug in or thebottom, but not both. That did concern us as itmeans the old wiring has separated from from the plugs. This could cause a short and a fire.Everything else was wonderful. A/C, outdoor shower, deck and table and chairs. Could use a railing or something around the window well next to the house in the driveway.The...

'What a gem! This house is so beautifully decorated, so immaculately clean, so thoughtfully furnished and so well located. It is close to numerous beaches and restaurants, yet tucked away in a gorgeously landscaped yard which offers great privacy. We loved this property and look forward to a return stay! '
