'The room was not in a good condition. There are blood stains on the wall and other non-removable stains on the bedside table and on the edge of the bathtub. There was a live cockroach crawling by the water faucet. The room has strong cigarette smell and was not sound proof. The area is safe and the parking is good. '

'When we first checked in and the smell in the lobby was unbearable. It smelled like sewage. The entire first floor was being renovated. That created a lot of noise into the evening. Once we entered our room, the heat was not working properly. We complained to the front desk they said they did not have any other rooms and they sent a technician who did not do anything with the system. The bedside outlets were not working. Sunday morning housekeeping was vacuuming starting before 8 AM. Before 9 AM...
