'This is a very nice hotel, very clean and beautiful setting. Getting to it is an absolute nightmare. One has to travel down almost 2 miles of dirt, gravel road up the side of a mountain, the GPS that I was using got completely confused and sent me down the wrong dirt road, someone from the hotel had to come to the town square to lead me cause it was impossible to find the place. Once there the hotel was great, staff from friendly and pleasant. If one is going to stay here make sure to rent a 4x4...

'Hôtel très bien placé à quelques minutes en voiture du château de Bran, chambre, très spacieuse et très propre. Petit déjeuner excellent et complet. Et le personnel est adorable.'

'We had a standard queen sized room with mountain view. The room was tiny - so small that you had to squeeze to get around the bed. No robes. Shower gel and soap provided. Breakfast was ok. Ran out of black tea. No kettle or water in the room. Worst part is the noise. Very poor insulation so you can hear all neighbouring rooms and music from the restaurant. Bed is hard and uncomfortable- only one pillow per person issued. Wouldn't visit again.'

'Absolutely fabulous experience, excellent views, clean rooms, extremely friendly staff, & the onsite restaurant has a wonderful terrace with delicious cuisine! ❤️ We stayed in their ultra modern 2 bedroom suite with the best views overlooking the valley and mountains… Quick uber rides to Braşov city center, Bran Castle, & more… Highly recommended!! ❤️🇷🇴🤍🇺🇸🩵'

'Loved the rooms! They were very nice, clean and spacious! The showers had great pressure and plenty of hot water; however, do not count on the mounting for the showerhead (does not hold it). The food was very good. I had the trout one night and it was cooked to perfection (highly recommend). The goulash tasted very good; however, the portion was very small. I would advise a larger portion. The salads, pasta and desserts was amazing. The indoor pool is incredible and the bathrobes actually fit...

'Good with some exceptions: the outside ramp is difficult to use; there’s no elevator. The worst thing is that there’s no restaurant, despite the advertisement. After a long trip, we had to wander the neighborhood for a place to eat. Disappointing…'

'Rustig gelegen. In restaurant kan je goed eten'

'The Dracula room choosen was great with plenty of charging plugs, however although the bathroom was lovely there was a smell of sewage during our stay especially at night. The b.fast choices were a bit minimal with no buffet especially as no more than 1x cup of tea of coffee could be given without paying for them so the b.fast was for us the downfall of our stay. The free items were good but the hair conditioner was missing as sometimes shampoos type leave the hair very dry.'

'Great place for families. Clean rooms, clean facility. Tranquility and secluded.'

'The staff was very friendly and polite. They made me feel welcome, not like I was a stranger ! The location of the hotel is a pretty area, something out of a postcard. Had a wonderful time !!'

'Prachtig hotel, heel mooi ingericht en met oog voor detail. Ontzettend proper, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Parking achter het hotel en de kamer had een prachtig zicht op kasteel Bran'

'An extraordinary escape, where hospitality shines in every detail. The grounds are meticulously kept, the atmosphere is effortlessly relaxed mixed with luxury views, and the culinary offerings are phenomenal. However, the true standout was the team and how they seemed to anticipate my every need before I even voiced it at times. It’s rare to find a place that balances high sophistication with genuine warmth so effortlessly. If you do yourself a favor and go, please tell them their new friend...

'Location & Customer Service of the Highest Quality. We will be back soon'

'Very nice stuff, delicious breakfast and great location. '

'Pros: Very clean room in a recently built neighborhood. Excellent security and the reserved parking spot was a PLUS! Cons: All the info regarding the access to the apt, the tenant’s and renter’s responsibilities and the incidentals was overwhelming and somewhat confusing. Way too much info in the emails and attachment. If you could streamline that to the bare minimum, you’d get a perfect 10! Keep up the good work and I will definitely stay with BHA on my next trips to the area!'
