'Eigenlijk kan ik heel kort zijn; het is namelijk in 1 woord geweldig! De voorbereidingen en communicatie door Loredana is persoonlijk en het huis, de locatie en de sfeer is fantastisch. Wij zijn hier met 2 zoontjes geweest, die de tijd van hun leven hadden. Echt een aanrader! '

'We are a dutch family of 4 and stayed with Ciro in august. We had a realy great time. The garden is amasing en the pool is realy nice. The house is comfortabel and complete. The house is about 10-15 min walk from a nice sand-beach and the center of Balestrate. The house is is a good base for fun day trips, nice towns and nice beaches. We highly recorment a stay at Villa Solemare.'

Les 100€ demandés pour une désinfection à l'ozone, dont aucun justificatif n'a pu nous être fournis, et les 10€ par personnes pour l'eau chaude ont un peu refroidi l'accueil. Pourquoi ces frais ne figurent pas dans le détail des prix? Cela étant dit, la villa était très propre, la literie très confortable, les tasses à café trop petites pour des français, quelques mugs supplémentaires seraient les biens venus. Dans l'ensemble plus tôt positif.'

'Drinnen und draußen verschwenderisch viel Platz, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen.Einrichtung mit persönlichem Stil, alles Notwendige vorhanden. Dazu eine großzügige Grundausstattung an Gewürzen und Toilettenartikeln. So war die Ankunft auch spät abends unproblematisch. Toller Strand im Naturschutzgebiet ca. 2 km entfernt. 'Een fijn vakantiehuis net buiten het authentieke badplaatsje Balestrate, omgeven door vruchtbomen. Huis was ruim, heerlijke veranda en uitstekend prive-zwembad dat 3x per week wordt onderhouden door de vriendelijke eigenaren. (worden meteen de vruchtbomen (mango/olijf/citroen) bewaterd). Door omheining ook fijn verblijf voor de hond, die in Balestrate ook op het lange zandstrand mag komen. Route naar de straat van het huis is deels steil en smal, maar wel gewoon verhard. 'The property has a great view with the garden’ mountains and sea. Everything is very clean. Communication is perfect. Everything you need is in the house. Seats are great and numerous available. Windscreens can be closed to hide from the wind if necessary. Wifi works stable. Balestrate is a good starting place to visit the northwest of Sicily as the A29 autoroute is nearby. 'Be aware This is a 3 BR apt in a large house, not a 4BR house. it is still listed wrong even though I pointed this out to both the manager Paola and VRBO. This mystake costed us extra $ to accomodate our group, so plan accordingly. To be fair, other webdites lists this right. '10 minutes walk to the lovely beach! Very friendly staff. Nice and clean pool with enough space and seats around. Breakfast choice is minimal, but good enough.'

'Beautiful hotel, we had a great stay. Just some minor issues, shower door leaked a bit and don't know if it was because of the low season, but cocktails at the pool would be great. Wifi was also great, which is still hard to find these days.'
