The garden has a variety of trees baring fruits, feel free to try them.
Airy and plenty of light, The house is very quiet, no traffic.

The lovely house decorated in rustic authentic country house style with many pieces of antique furniture. It has 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms , 2 extra sofa beds )
Large living room with fireplace, dining table, leather sofas, and additional sofabed. Charming Kitchen and front porch with outdoor dining . There is also a dining table in the garden amongst the trees . From the front porch a magnificent commanding view of the rolling hills and Tiber valley below .

The house can accommodate very comfortably 4 guests with 2 in each room.If you want to use also the sofa beds in the living room, it can sleep 6 people.
The garden has olive trees, fig trees, orange, plum trees, maple tree, and more .

The house is airy and has plenty of light, with large glass doors /windows in each of the main rooms.
The house is very quiet, no traffic and neighbouring houses are discrete and quiet .

Just outside the front gate and driveway of the house there is an ancient local fountain; it’s water comes right from the hill above, it’s pristine natural mineral water, with a silky smooth texture . The best water I have tasted, ever. In the kitchen we shall provide you fresh local country bread, fresh local mozzarella, pasta, local extra virgin olive oil and local wine. As well as coffee, milk, chocolate, tea, pastries and cereals.

Located 350 meters from the main square of Poggio Catino , a hilltop medieval village of the Sabina region, over a 1000 year old. Approximately 55 km (34 mi.)
North of Rome;
The Sabina is an ancient region steeped in history before , during and after the Roman Empire era.
It’s beautiful rolling hills are dotted with hilltop villages of exquisite rugged beauty. The natives of Sabine are considered one of the first settlers of Ancient Rome. The Emperor Vespasian, was form this area.Some of the these towns are in a radius of just a few miles from the house such as : Roccantica, Casperia, Farfa and Catino itself. The whole area is world famous for its Olive Oil, which were the first suppliers to Ancient Rome.
This hilly and agricultural area of central italy, very similar to the neighbouring and famous areas of Umbria and Tuscany; has the added advantage of being very near Rome.
Making this house your home base during your holidays you can do a number of fabulous day trips to Rome itself, Umbria,
