Large, beautiful, family friendly, luxury self-catering Plymouth townhome includes the entire second and thirds floors of this beautiful Victorian Home. 2000 square feet townhome includes 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bath and comfortably sleeps 8 people. Highlights from our 5 star guest reviews: great location, super clean, comfortable.

Historic charm with high ceilings and large windows make the space very open and bright. It has all the modern comforts, entirely remodeled and is fully furnished. Open concept living room and eat-in kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, cherry cabinets and granite counters is designed to provide ample space for guests to relax. We have new central air conditioner/heating systems and new high capacity water systems so that guests can set the temperature to what is good for them. Front porch provides a great location to hang out and watch the Thanksgiving Parade. In addition, there is ample off street parking. High speed WiFi and high definition "smart" televisions are provided for your convenience. In unit washer and dryer with complimentary detergent. We have a lockbox for contactless entry.

A little more about the location:

We are located in the center of historic Plymouth, America's 'home town'. The Mayflower II, Plymouth Rock, Grist Mill and harbor area are just a short walk from our home. Also, within walking distance, there are many shops and restaurants, whale watching and fishing boat tours, the visitor's center, Provincetown Ferry, and other historic sites. Our location is a very short drive from the primary highway and major malls so it also makes it easy to take day trips or pick up groceries.

Our vacation home is nestled in the center of historic Plymouth. It's a great location because it's also close to Nelson Recreational Park and Beach. Nelson Recreational Area has a beach, new 'splash pad' water play area for children, large playground, walking path, boat ramp, paved bike trial, picnic area and seasonal snack bar. It is also a short drive to other local beaches like White Horse Beach, Long Beach, Priscilla Beach and Duxbury Beach. The combination of natural beauty, historic sites and many conveniences makes Plymouth a wonderful location for a vacation destination.

60 minutes to Boston by train (which is 3 miles away) or 60 minutes by car

20 minutes to Cape Cod

75 minutes to Newport Rhode Island

Ferry to Provincetown is a five minute walk into the harbor

Great Thanksgiving stay!

This rental was great and just what we needed as we visited with family in nearby Duxbury. In walking distance of many nice restaurants and sight seeing. Very nicely stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Perfect location and hosts!

We were in town for a wedding and the house was perfect for six adults. I wouldn't recommend the 2nd and 3rd floor unit if you have knee issues but we were all fine. You can easily walk into diwntown Plymouth /Plimouth and enjoy the landmarks, eateries, and shops. The commuter rail at Kingston is only about 3 miles away. The house itself is quaint but with modern upgrades. It was an overall fantastic stay! If we were going to remain in the area, we would definitely try to purchase it (as it is now for sale). Two thumbs up and 5 stars!!!

Beautiful, spacious home in great location

Walk to everything along the waterfront in Plymouth - you'll only need your car to go to Plimoth Pautuxet. Home is well-represented in photos and has one of the most well-stocked kitchens of any rental we've ever stayed at. Yara is a great host and checked in with us as necessary. Definitely recommend!

A Hidden Gem in Plymouth

Yara's place was amazing!!! I feel the pictures that she has on the website don't do her place justice! It was clean, ammenities were modern and up to date, and Yara was responsive and on-top of her communication. My extended family and friends stayed at the property for my wedding and they had a fanstatic time. Anyone thinking about booking this property, do it immediately! You won't regret it!!

Everything about this property was wonderful for us! (4 adult women)The location was perfect and encouraged us to explore Court St. which was delightful! There is a short cut to Water Street which we used most days. The house is very pretty, clean, and well stocked which we appreciated! Check in/check out was super simple. Comfortable apartment in a great location!

We had such a good time at Yara's place. The space was so comfortable and spacious. The location was perfect with easy access to the waterfront and restaurants. And Yara clearly takes such great care - the communication was really great and the personal touches like beach towels and beach chairs really helped the experience. We would stay here again.

Great Location!

We stayed with two adults and two kids for a local horse show. The location was convenient to the show park and great for the teens to walk into downtown for some fun. It was also close for a visit to the Plymouth historical attractions. Everyone had their own space and the home beat staying in a hotel any day! Will rent again!

Perfect Family Home in Plymouth

We had the upper two floors of a beautifully restored home in downtown Plymouth. All the modern conveniences were provided. Open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and separate heat/AC zones for both levels. The owner, Yara, was delightful to work with. We had a couple of minor issues w/ the garbage disposal and bathtub drain, which she immediately addressed. I would highly recommend this property, which easily accommodated our family of 7 adults and one 3 yr old. An adds plus is that most restaurants, parks and shops are with-in walking distance. Please note—-The staircases are somewhat steep, but there is a half door/gate on the upper level which was a welcome deterrent for our grandson.

This property is in a perfect spot for all that Plymouth has to offer. We stayed over Thanksgiving week and the parade and 5k went right by the house. The owner was super responsive with all needs and really cared about our stay. The townhouse is very roomy. Great for families.

Ideal spot for Plymouth vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming home. It was perfectly situated. An easy walk to activities and dining but far enough away from noisy streets (though the home is on a high traffic street, the rooms are on back of the house). The rooms were comfortable and clean and the kitchen was well-appointed. Several nice touches including water when we arrived and small shampoo and soap in the bathrooms. The towels were plush and plentiful too. A heads up that the stairs are a bit steep, but that seems to be a New England thing. We’d definitely stay here again.

Wonderful, Spotless, Great Location!

Location was amazing, walking distance to shopping & dining. Plenty of space for my family. Great central location to go into Boston or to Cape Cod. Plentiful parking which made it easy for us, as we were in town over the 4th of July for a family reunion & my extended family members enjoyed being able to park & watch the parade right in front of the house! The host, Yara was AMAZING, easy to reach with questions and made us feel at home ❤️

Exceeded our expectations

This property was clean, bright and had everything we needed. The linens and towels as well as all the kitchen items we top-quality items. Yara has really thought of everything from coolers to books about the area to multiple sets of keys, which were perfect as our kids are in their 20s and were in and out with friends. The location to downtown Plymouth is perfect. We walked to Gunther Tooties for fresh bagels every morning. And then frequented many of the waterfront restaurants for lunch, dinner and dessert. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Yara.

Most enjoyable!!

Can’t overstate how much we (family and friends who gathered for my daughters wedding) enjoyed this beautiful place. The location is perfect for walking to many of the local sights and restaurants. Close to the water too! But most impressive of all was how quickly and cheerfully the hosts responded to any and all requests or questions. They are unquestionably committed to making sure their guests feel comfortable and well cared for. That shows also in how well they care about their property which is maintained to the highest standard. My group consisted primarily of “senior” folks so my only caution concerns the steep stairs common in older homes. We so enjoyed our stay that they were only a minor inconvenience. Thank you for making our time in Plymouth most enjoyable!!

Beautiful Property, Great Location.

We spent the holiday here and there was ample space for everyone..easy access to downtown, and the owners gave us a comprehensive list of things to do and where to go during our stay. They were easy to reach and addressed any concerns and questions we had and so thoughtfully decorated the home and left us some goodies. It was a great stay, can't wait to come back sometime.

Perfect Location!

We rented this home with another family over Thanksgiving weekend. The location was ideal, within walking distance to all the sites and downtown Plymouth. The home itself was the perfect size for the kids to stay upstairs and the adults to have the downstairs bedrooms. We were even able to cook a large Thanksgiving dinner with everything available!
