This elegant house features a large open-plan living area on the first floor, with a kitchen opening onto a dining room and a spacious lounge. There is access to a large garden with a terrace. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a bathtub and sinks, as well as a separate toilet. On the second floor, there is a bedroom with a double sofa bed equipped with a mattress topper for comfort, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. The house is ideally located, 10-15 minutes from the coast, making it easy to explore the area from Cléder to Carantec, passing through Sibirl, Plougoulm, Roscoff, Santec, and St. Pol de Léon, with their beaches. All shops and its summer market are located 2 km away in the village of Plouénan. You will have two housemates who will welcome you and provide a warm welcome in exchange for a meal! We live in the house the rest of the year, so you'll find everything you need there: TV, HiFi system, Wii, PS2, well-equipped kitchen, Cookeo, CDs and books, board games...
