Rental for 2 guests, set in a quiet, cozy, and simple style, just 15 minutes from Quimper and 5 minutes from the beaches of Île Tudy, in the heart of Cornouaille. This is an ideal base for exploring the region.



The rental adjoins the owners’ house but is completely independent, with its own entrance, private parking, and private garden with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and a seasonal barbecue.



Inside, you’ll find a living area with an equipped kitchen, a bathroom (sink unit, shower, toilet), and a mezzanine bedroom. Please note: Access to the bedroom is via a fairly steep staircase, which may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility or walking difficulties.



Many activities are available nearby: hiking trails at your doorstep, canoeing or boat trips on the Odet, mountain biking routes, golf (6 km), and water sports at Île Tudy or Sainte-Marine (beaches 8 km away). The village is 3 km away.



The location is perfect for discovering Cornouaille: its cultural heritage (Quimper, Locronan, Concarneau, Pont-Aven), natural sites (Pointe du Raz, Pointe de la Torche, Audierne Bay), islands (Glénan archipelago, Île de Sein), beaches, and coastal paths. Numerous festivals take place in season.



Various stay options: nightly or short stays (minimum 2 nights depending on the period, except July and August), or weekly (Saturday to Saturday in July and August).
