Your holiday rental includes, on the ground floor: a large living room with TV (Netflix), a dining area and fully equipped kitchen, a garage/laundry room (for storing bicycles, windsurfing equipment, etc.), one bedroom with a 160x200cm bed (TV) and an en-suite shower room, and a separate WC with washbasin. Detached gîte, well laid out with a pleasant garden, located in a small allotment in a dead end, overlooking Plestin les Grèves with a beautiful view of the Pointe de Locquirec. St Efflam beach, 2 km away, is one of the largest in the department. The open space at low tide is impressive, which makes it one of the only beaches dedicated to sand yachting and kites. At 3 km the nautical center where you can practice various nautical activities. It is also of course a pleasant place for swimming or lazing around. At 25 km you will visit the famous Côte de Granit Rose at Perros-Guirec, Lannion at 15 km but also to the west Morlaix at 15 km and Locquirec at 5 km.
