« Very helpful and courteous staff that welcomed us to the site. Services in the hotel are extensive and we especially enjoyed the extensive Norman Rockwell collection. This location is a good value and well worth the price »

« This property had a decent breakfast. The pool was really cold, but the hot tub was spacious.They did not honor my ADA request for a first floor room. »

« I asked for a room away from the elevator. I was told no other suites were available except by the elevator. Very noisy. Heard the ding of the elevator all night. Our phone and TV were not working. The night person at the desk told me he was busy and could not take care of it. He never did. The morning person did get maintenance to fix the problems. The pillows were awful. Just awful. Another couple told me the same thing. »

« The continental breakfast was not the best. Sausage cold and different looking, not too good. Eggs were okay. The elevator was warm and smelled of oil or something, stunk. House keeping were not very friendly, said, Hi and no response. »

« We arrived for check in and upon walking in I was overcome by nausiatingly horrible smell. It was so intense and awful that as I was handing my license to the teenager behind the counter, I needed to make a break for it to the bathroom. I had to leave the facility and have my daughter (adult) return to collect my license so we could leave. The place not only smelled but also seems very run down. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone! »

« I booked a king suite with jetted tub. Immediately upon entering the room the deep smell of cigarette use permeated the room. There were two chairs in the suite part of the room that were severely worn and old and large areas of stains on the carpeting. Walking into the bedroom section the cigarette use smell only worsened although there was an attempt to mask the smell with heavy air fresheners, to no effect. « We had a wonderful stay. Kristin was working the front desk the day we arrived, and helped us immensely! She was very welcoming and kind. Our toddler also loved their pool area. We would recommend this place to anyone, but those especially with younger children! »

« We go every year, and this year was completely different. Usually we get there and staff at front desk is attentive and on it. This time as we got there, they told us that they were having trouble trying to find our booking. Once they found it they gave us the key to a room where there was still people in. « Be prepared to pay for everything including parking. You have to buy a parking pass and then 20 dollars a night. I couldn't find any ice machines. »
