Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Pléneuf-Val-André, this charming studio with sea view, nearby from the beach, of a surface of 22 m ² and being able to accomodate until 2 travelers. Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 22 m², a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 30 m². Sheets and towels are included. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 22 m².
- A kitchen equipped with : oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×200)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet equipped with sanibroyeur.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A condominium garden with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days ((temporarily unavailable).)

The apartment is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Discover the coast of Penthièvre by the paths of the customs officers and the famous GR 34, the Port of Dahouët at 2 km.
- Stroll along the Flora River.
- Go fishing on foot at Verdelet.
- The thalassotherapy center of Val André, the nautical center, the Casino, the cinema, the swimming pool nearby,
- The Val André golf course is about 5 minutes away by car, the Crinière golf course is about 15 minutes away and the Sables d'or golf course is about 25 minutes away.
- The tennis courts, the equestrian center in the vicinity
- With approximately 1 hour of Paimpol, of the Island of Bréhat, Dinard, Saint-Malo, you will be able to discover with many attractions the splendid coast and its tides offering you sights, lights of any beauty.

Transportation :
- You will be able to park for free in the parking lot near the accommodation.
- Nearest train station: Lamballe at 17.5 km (about 23 minutes by car), Saint-Brieuc at 27.3 km (about 34 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Rennes Bretagne at 105 km (about 1h18 by car), Nantes Atlantique at 211 km (about 2h31 by car).
