The hotel is located in central Santa Cruz, within a 4 block walk from Plaza 24 de Septiembre, and also a short 10 minute walk from the iconic Cristo Redentor statue. Check in was quick and painless, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a large attached full bathroom.
