'I bagni sarebbero un po' da sistemare, nel senso che le porte andrebbero cambiate e le fughe rifinite meglio, ma è tutto pulitissimo ed è la cosa più importante. I giardini sono ben curati, i ristoranti offrono degli abbondanti buffet che possono accontentare tutti. Ci sono poche sdraio rispetto al numero di ospiti. A me è piaciuto e mi sono rilassata.'

The staff in super friendly and the kids club is out of this world amazing, special thanks to all the ladies at the kids club Joally, Marilu, Anna, Janet & Sara. 'Atmosphere '

'Na onze rondreis in Mexico hebben wij als laats nog 5 nachtjes bij Sandos Playacar doorgebracht. Net als ons verblijf bij Sandos Caracol is dit resort ons goed bevallen. Het strand is geweldig en in de zee kan je goed zwemmen. Het adults only gedeelte is ook groter dan bij Caracol, echter is er een deel gereserveerd voor Royal Elite leden en niet toegankelijk voor de Select Club die wij hadden geboekt. Ondanks dat alle faciliteiten dik op orde zijn vonden we dit resort iets minder gemoedelijk...

'The staff is amazing!!! Only draw back would be air conditioner may or may not work and hot water issues but we went to this resort with this in mind. Over all everything was really good. '

'Heel fijne accommodatie. Genoeg afwisseling in het eten en entertainment. Daarnaast ook vriendelijk personeel. Enige punt is dat de faciliteiten een beetje verouderd zijn (look&feel), maar dat heeft verder geen invloed gehad op onze top vakantie!'

'All the staff constantly went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Samuel took excellent care of us at breakfast each day and Melqui made our pool days the best! The grounds were beautiful, we really enjoyed all of the animals and vegetation. We had no trouble making dinner reservations each night and enjoyed all the dining options. I would recommend to a friend and would stay again. It was an easy $10 taxi to 5th ave and just an hour from CUN. '
