The resort is beautiful, and one of my favorite things was seeing the wild monkeys around the property and near the beach. Definitely take advantage of Scuba Caribe on site for excursions, and Nexus Tours also has representatives at the resort who can help with bookings. The food was tolerable, although honestly I didn’t find the food particularly good anywhere I went in Costa Rica. I don’t drink, but my family felt the alcoholic drinks weren’t very good, so that may be something to keep in mind if drinks are important to you. Overall, we had a great stay. It’s a beautiful location and a great base for exploring Guanacaste. I’d stay there again.
