'Staff was great as always! Rooms were nice and the maids were very attentive! Breakfast was good. Dinner buffet was eh, but the mexican theme night at the buffet was really good. Nice pools and nice beach even though the beach was drawn back due to the hurricane a few years ago. All in all i would recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in cozumel. The island is a gem!'

'Top to bottom one of the best reports we’ve stayed at. Their hospitality from check-in until check-out was OUTSTANDING. Christina at check-in went out of her way to make us feel welcome. The porter who helped with our bags was so kind and thorough showing us around our room and where everything was. The cleanliness from our room to the common areas is the resort was top notch. 'Mooi ingericht. Centrale en toch rustige ligging. Terras met zitgelegenheid en hangmat. Airco en koelkast maken voor mij te veel geluid. Matras ligt op houten plank. Veel trappen geen lift. Vragen van te voren in een aparte email om via paypall te betalen. Willen graag van te voren weten hoe laat je komt. Ontvangst ervaarde ik als onvriendelijk. Ik was behoorlijk ziek en alleenreizend, en daar was geen begrip voor. Tijdens ontbijturen bleek deur gesloten, en moest ik roepen en wachten om te...

'Excellent stay. Very comfortable room and shared spaces. We rented a scooter a few days directly from the property which was very convenient. Location is a little away from downtown which we found to be more quiet. Felt safe walking around even at night. There are several great food options within a few blocks. Would definitely stay again when in the area. '
