Penthouse Condo Overlooking Flamingo Marina and Potrero Bay

  • Geniet van een rustige "Pura Vida"-ervaring op deze centraal gelegen plek in Playa Flamingo, met een spectaculair uitzicht op de nieuwe Flamingo Marina en Potrero Bay. Kijk elke ochtend bij zonsopgang naar de zeilboten en visboten die voorbij varen en elke avond bij zonsondergang weer terugkeren.

    Casa Besito biedt alle gemakken die je verwacht, en nog wat extra’s. Dit ruime appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers is onlangs gerenoveerd en voorzien van ultramoderne voorzieningen. De keuken, uitgerust met een gasfornuis, komt uit op een zeer comfortabele woonkamer met een geweldig uitzicht op Potrero Bay en de bergen daarachter.

    Voldoende ruimte voor familie en vrienden om te ontspannen na een dag vol ontdekkingen, vissen, tokkelen of genieten van de warme zon op de prachtige stranden. Op loopafstand vind je verschillende uitstekende restaurants (Hazel’s, Angelina’s, Surf Box, Marie’s, Coco Loco en nog veel meer), winkels, een supermarkt en het Margaritaville- Hotel. Loop naar het prachtige Playa Flamingo om lekker op het strand te relaxen of naar Flamingo Marina voor sportvissen, duiken en snorkeltochten. Of ga even langs bij Playa Flamingo om Donald van Los Piratas De Flamingo Tours te ontmoeten voor allerlei tochtopties.

    Ga naar het Costa Rica Sailing Center om zeilboten, kajaks en SUP’s te huren, of ontspan gewoon en geniet van heerlijk eten en entertainment bij Heminway’s. Blijf zeker hangen voor het kampvuur bij zonsondergang. Je zult niet teleurgesteld zijn.

We enjoyed our first visit to Costa Rica, Ray was an excellent host, with excellent communication. We loved the view and the outdoor space. We would recommend staying at this beautiful location anytime

Very nice place to stay. Only negative was water pressure but probably typical for Costa Rica. The view was awesome, a good size for family of 4 plus. Would definitely stay here again. Ray was wonderful at communicating and recommendations. Thank you.

The location is very good and provides you with a lot of options. You can easily walk to the Marina or to Flamingo Beach, which is one of the best in the area. There are a lot of food options close by, or, in our case, we walked down the hill and rented a car for a couple of days of local driving.

What a View!

We loved Ray's Casa. The view was amazing, the kitchen was well-appointed, and we enjoyed the close proximity to Playa Flamingo. The little beach just down the steps was a great place to snorkel, too.

We had the most amazing time here! The location was perfect for our needs. The small beach at the bottom of the stairs was beautiful and quiet. The sunrise every morning was stunning, and the pool was clean and wonderful. We walked to the marina every night, caught the sunset often at Flamingo Beach, and ate at several local restaurants within walking distance. We have stayed in many different homes around the world and this absolutely one is our favourites. It was so well stocked and clean, and Ray was very helpful and responded immediately to all of my questions. We can’t wait to return!

Amazing stay!

We absolutely loved it here! The view is amazing and we took advantage of the pool and beach. Everything is clean and well kept. Traveling with two teen girls, they also loved it. Ray was great at answering questions though we did not have any issues. We stayed for a week combining relaxation and adventure. We highly recommend this condo!

Much better in person than in pictures. The view from the property is breathtaking. Clean, updated property in a convenient location. Within waking distance from the Flamingo marina and minutes from the beautiful flamingo beach. Near Las Catalinas and Tamarindo.

Beyond wonderful

Not only was Ray amazing with answering questions (for months) leading up to our trip, but he was available to help us and guide us even after his arrival. The view of this condo is beyond gorgeous (the pictures don’t do it justice). We were 5 minutes from the Flamingo Marina, 3 minutes from a market, and close to multiple beaches to enjoy. There was always staff around and you feel safe 24/7. We will absolutely be staying here on our trips going forward.

Great location, beautiful views

Perfect location. Close to flamingo marina and playa flamingo. Don’t need a car. View was spectacular from deck. Almost private beach down some stairs. Really clean. Owner was very accommodating and responsive.

Could not have been a better stay!

Just an incredible experience. The view! The location! A great host! We had a fabulous time Ray! This is BY FAR the best area to stay in Cost Rica. The pool was kept clean daily. The beds were comfortable. Everything was A Book it now. You won't regret it.

Amazing view and beautiful unit

The unit, location and view are perfect. We did not want to leave after four nights there. The owner was very helpful and super responsive. My condo has everything one could need on vacation. The view and the sound of the ocean were beyond relaxing. The nearby food options were plentiful and delicious. Mostly we had a lot of fun enjoying the nearby beaches. I hope we can make it back there again.

Ray is the owner and he was fabulously communicative. We had a minor water issue and he handled it beaitifully. The location of condo is perfect. The pool is cleaned every morning. I will be back!

Paradise found

What a fantastic find! We loved this area and wished we were staying longer. Coffee on the balcony each morning, margaritas in the evening. Pool area was well kept. Condo was immaculate and well-stocked. Stairs to a small beach area. Only suggestion would be to provide a map to Playa Flamingo with the listing. Google Maps took us from one washed out road to another, though probably better during the dry season. Longer way around was easily navigable.

Great place to chill and relax

The condo was in a perfect location with a beautiful view of Potrero Bay, easy access to the beach, loads of restaurants to choose from (The 5 Somewhere Bar at the Margaritaville Resort was our favorite - the local wildlife loves it too!). We grabbed breakfast and lunch stuff from a small grocery store nearby as the condo has a fully functional kitchen to take advantage of. The beds were very comfortable, the A/C works well and boy the view from the balcony enjoying a coffee (or wine in the evening) was exceptional. Ray was great to deal with and very quick to get back to us if we had any issues.
