'Hotel limpio y nuevo pero con muchos detalles; el agua caliente de la regadera a veces no calentaba, el staff no resuelve problemas y pide que les des propina en efectivo porque al parecer no se las entregan si es en tarjeta. El café del restaurante siempre sabía quemado, las porciones de alimentos variaban dependiendo del día y me imagino que de los cocineros en turno. La habitación que me tocó tenía una vista terrible a una casa vieja y tendederos de ropa que, si no es problema de ellos, bien...

'This property is in an excellent location. The rooftop pool is perfect during the summer for watching the sunset. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself is safe and clean. Balconies are a nice bonus. One minor inconvenience: washcloths are not provided, so be sure to bring your own. Puerto Vallarta has been experiencing some safety concerns recently. There is a noticeable presence of gang-related activity, including prostitution (often in massage parlors) and drug dealing in...
