It sits just outside the downtown area with easy access to the highway, so you can quickly reach 5th Avenue, the beach, supermarkets, and restaurants. It is also a convenient launch point for day trips to Tulum and the Jaguar Park (Parque del Jaguar), cenotes, and the rest of the Riviera Maya.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended to make the most of the location and the Riviera Maya; parking is available in the residential community. Downtown Playa del Carmen and 5th Avenue are a short drive away, and the highway makes trips to Tulum, Cancun, and the cenotes easy. Cancun International Airport is about 45-50 minutes by car; we can help arrange a private transfer in advance.
