We love the neighborhood, as it is safe and easy but not touristy. It is an easy walk to the beach and 5th Ave. Close to Paseo del Carmen, the international shopping & restaurant plaza on the south end of 5th Avenue, next to the Cozumel Pier.

The separate bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and its own dedicated air conditioning unit, ensuring a quiet and peaceful night's rest. The main living space is equipped with a second air conditioning unit, a Smart TV, and a versatile futon to accommodate an additional guest.

Perfect for the remote workforce, the stable 50+ Mbps fiber-optic internet easily handles video calls. A complete kitchen provides the basic essentials needed to cook. The building's rooftop terrace is perfect to relax in a hammock or cool down in the 40cm shallow wading pool—the perfect spot to enjoy the afternoon breeze. It's a great space to meet other remote workers.

Located in a secure, well-maintained complex just removed from the noisy tourist area, while being only a short walk from authentic local eateries and markets. To keep extended stays entirely hassle-free, we utilize a transparent, all-inclusive monthly rate that covers electricity, water, high-speed internet, and routine cleaning.

From this location, everything you need is within walking distance. If you have a car, there is parking available, 5 spaces in front of the building, and street parking street as well. Taxis are very easy to get from this central location. The ADO bus station is only 8 blocks away.

Check in is 24 hours, after 3pm on your first day of rental. You will have a code and let yourself into your condo (provided in our arrival instructions) as soon as you arrive. No waiting for anyone!

We sell 5 gallon tanks of drinking water for 50 pesos or $3 USD.

Free street parking is available.

Rooftop hours are 8am - 10pm

Additionally, extra services such as cleaning, extra towels, and changing of sheets or towels are not included but can be arranged for an additional charge upon request.
