Excellent located one bedroom apartment in Colosio area features a nicely equipped kitchen, with dining table for 4, a sofa bed and a smart tv, one full bathroom with access from the bedroom and from the kitchen/living area. Bedroom has a very comfy king size bed, closets with a safe, iron and iron board, luggage rack, arm chair with a reading lamp and a very nice window with a city view. In the shared areas you will be able to have access to a gym, parking, elevator, rooftop terrace with a pool, loungers, a tub (cold), with some really nice ocean views. The area is really convenient as you will be located near shops and restaurants but also you can enjoy some local shops and restaurants in that area. You’ll have full and exclusive access to the condo and shared access to all the complex's amenities. It’s a self-check-in property using a door code. On the first day you arrive to check-in, you must register first at the front reception/security desk. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. For monthly Rentals electricity is not included. - *No smoking of any kind inside the condo! Failure to comply results in a $200 fine. - No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. - There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. - Pets are not allowed. - Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected. - No unregistered guests will be permitted on the property without written permission from the property management/owner. - Check-in and check-out times must be respected.
