The House with two residences completely independent from one another, each with its own private entrance and private swimming pool, allowing every family to enjoy their own space, privacy and complete freedom throughout their stay.
You may occasionally have other guests staying in the neighboring residence, or you may find that you have the entire beachfront setting almost entirely to yourselves.

There are only a few areas naturally shared by the property, such as the charming gazebo beside the pool and some beach amenities, including sun loungers.
These spaces are designed to complement the relaxed atmosphere of the home rather than create the feeling of a shared resort.
Instead, you will have the feeling of staying in your own Caribbean home directly on the sea, with the sand and turquoise water just a few steps from the property. In fact, the house is approximately 5 meters from the water’s edge.

The beach in front of Casa Chanty is one of its greatest privileges. It is wide, peaceful and wonderfully uncrowded, offering a rare sense of space and seclusion while still being close to everything you may want to experience in the Riviera Maya.

Your privacy and peace of mind are also supported by 24-hour security at the entrance to Playa del Secreto, a private residential community with controlled access. This allows you to enjoy the freedom of a private beachfront home while feeling safe and protected throughout your stay.

The charming fishing village of Puerto Morelos is only about 8 minutes away by car. It is a wonderful little Mexican village with a relaxed local atmosphere, lovely restaurants, cafés and excellent cuisine, and it is one of the places we recommend visiting during your stay. You will also find several large supermarkets, pharmacies, medical facilities and everything you may need for a comfortable vacation.

At the same time, the location makes it easy to reach the Riviera Maya’s major attractions, theme parks, archaeological sites and other destinations, while allowing you to return each evening to a completely different environment: quiet, private and surrounded by the sea.

The cost varies depending on the number of people and does not include food expenses. Chef Beto, a Mexican native, takes great care in preparing dishes that our customers deeply appreciate. His prices are fair and reasonable.

2 to 5 people: $ 85 USD
5 to 8 people: $105 USD
8 to 10 people: $130 USD

Additionally, we offer a Welcome Dinner for $35 USD per person, which includes food. A minimum of 4 guests is required for this option and $ 45 USD if only 2. Chef Beto can also assist with grocery shopping at the supermarket for an extra fee starting at $15.
