Gulf of Saint Tropez, French riviera villa of charm with a heated swimming pool

By the Gulf of Saint Tropez, at the entrance of a hamlet located 2 km from Plan de la Tour, this lovely villa for 8 people is rated 4 stars as “meublé de tourisme” (fully furnished for tourism).

In a large space of land of 2500 sq meters, a green setting, rocked by the song of cicadas, you shall take a rest in the wooded and flourished garden, and by the 11m X 5 meters mosaic swimming pool, opened the whole year.

From May to September, the heating is 27°C.

Upon request 5 days prior to arrival, that heating temperature of 27°C. may also be provided in April and in October. In that case, 20 euros per day of stay extra charge are paid cash upon arrival.

Climatized, very quiet and cosy, the house is equipped with a sauna and is tastefully and delicately decorated. The house contains 4 climatized bedrooms, each of them with bathrooms en suite, including one bathtub, 4 showers, 4 toilets.

A fully equipped and furnished kitchen with a pretty tableware will help you to prepare your meals with pleasure. The living room, climatized, the American-style kitchen, a great inner brightness, are providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.

A pleasant and shadowed terrace with a marble table for 10 people is prepared to welcome you for meals or a barbecue in the garden, facing the swimming pool.

The villa is equipped with 5 TV, including one in the living room and four in the bedrooms.

A baby kit, including bed, highchair, bathtub, bath seat, stroller, adapted tableware, is at tenants’ disposal.

The garden is enclosed. A swimming pool alarm and a movable gate for access to the swimming pool, provide security for children in the garden.

Linen can be rented with extra charge upon request. Beds are then prepared in each room. Extra charges are paid cash upon arrival.

Tariff of hiring of linen :
- Pair of sheets single bed, with pillowcase: 8 euros
- Pair of sheets double bed, with pillowcases:12 euros
- Handtowel:5 euros
- Bath towel: 6 euros - Glove:1 euro
- Swimming pool towel: 8 euros
- Dishcloth or tea towel: 1 euro
If the rental of the house is longer than 1 week, linen can be washed upon request at the same price.

The Villa is cleaned strictly with all necessary disinfectants, between each tenancy.

I am committed to refund the tenant fully:
- if the tenant cannot get to the renting place in accordance with legal
provisions, such as containment, seclusion, prohibition of movement, etc...;
- if I must myself renounce renting in accordance with legal provisions,
such as health regulations, renting prohibition, etc...
