Welcome to Sunrise Pines! We at Bonding Time LLC are attentive homeowners who want the best for our guests vacation. We feel communication is key, and are here for you all along the way to make sure you have a five star experience. This is our 5th vacation rental home! We have wonderful experience managing these homes and five star status, so rest assured we know how to provide a quality home with excellent management. We provide many amenities in the house so you can pack lightly! Summer includes yard games, and lake toys such as kayaks, paddle board, paddle boat, row boat, and a swim raft.

Dogs may be considered if inquired about before booking.

No parties or events. Inquire if you have any question about this. Renter must be 25+ years old.

This is a very private place for families to reconnect and enjoy bonding time at its finest. The two acres of land allows for seclusion on Huron Lake (no wake) in Waushara County, so you can play in the yard, have a camp fire, eat your lunch outside, and play on the water with some of the provided lake toys (paddle board, kayak, swim raft, etc.). We encourage respect of noise and voices carrying over the lake, and not hosting for late night parties ... we are family oriented and abide by county noise regulations. While the lot is private, we do have neighbors and want to keep everyone happy.

The house is 5 minutes from a small town grocery store and 8 minutes from a wonderful coffee shop (Plainfield), and 15 minutes from two larger grocery store in the other direction (Wautoma). It has extremely easy access to I39, so shopping, dining, entertainment in Plover or Stevens Point is quick & easy!
You're also near many hiking opportunities, the Ice Age Trail, and Amish Country!

Here’s the layout: upstairs there are two bedrooms with queen beds, plus a sleeping space in the loft on a queen bed with beautiful lake views of the lake! There’s also a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The main level is open concept and has a lovely deck for outdoor relaxation or socializing. There are two bedrooms with queen beds, and a bathroom on the main level. The lower level is a combination of a game room and "bedroom". In this lower level there is a TV, sofa, infrared fireplace in the TV stand, a custom barn beam pool table, and foosball. There are two twin beds, one queen bed, a full bathroom, and a laundry room with two washers and two dryers.

Ski opportunities at Nordic Mt just 20 min away, and about an hour away there are a couple of ski hills near WI Dells or one in Wausau. Very easy to get to! The kids could try sledding in the yard, or tubing at Nordic Mt., and there's always ice fishing, snow shoeing, cross country skiing ... enjoy WI winters!

Holding onto Summer
We had a wonderful weekend away. There was so much to do and we took advantage of it all. We were blessed with wonderful weather, so we spend the entire weekend outside. Our highlights included deck sitting, using all of the water toys, floating on the lake (we brought inter tubes, but they did have some in the shed), and visiting around the dinner table. We brought all of our fishing gear, and we were sure glad we did! Large mouth bass and northern pike were the most popular catches. We had zero problems and would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful Home
Our stay was wonderful! Plenty of room for all! Lake access was great but weeds were bad around the dock at the time we were there. Fire pit was used every evening and plenty of firewood. Kitchen was well stocked for making meals. Bedding was clean and comfortable and rooms were decorated very nicely and gave it such a up north feel.

This is our second year staying at this property, and I know we'll be back again. The house works really well for our group (6 adults and 6 kids). The house is very clean and comfortable. The lake toys were the highlight of the trip, the kids and adults both loved being on the water. The hosts are very communicative and understanding. You won't regret booking this cabin!

Clean,well maintained property. Plenty of water toys to keep adults, teenagers and school aged kids busy. Nice firepit well away from the house. We were able to keep a car in the garage which was convenient as well.

Wonderful location for a family vacation. The lake was great. Used the kayaks, canoe & pedal boat most every day. The house was terrific and represented accurately. Beds very comfortable and the game room was a bonus. This is the best stocked house we have ever rented. Thank you Diane for a great location to gather with our family! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Our group of 14 people, ages 6-71, had so much fun! The lake is great. The kayaks, canoe, paddle boards, paddle boat and raft made playing in the lake quite enjoyable! The hosts are accommodating and responsive. The house is well stocked (except the water tastes terrible! Bring your own) and expectations are clear. Our one complaint is that the sewage smell outside is quite overwhelming!

Great family stay
Clean, comfortable, secluded, well appointed lake house for our 3 generation group. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils, including plastic ware for the under 6 crowd. Various lake toys; paddle boat, kayak, canoe, and paddle board, made getting out to the swim raft easy. The kids had fun jumping into the lake from there. The lower lake level made the shoreline less inviting for wading into the lake because of the weeds. The beds are the memory foam kind to which we quickly adapted. Pillows were very firm, so I’d suggest bringing your own if you like something softer. The deck gets the full morning sun so is quite bright and can be warm but then is in shade in the afternoon which made for a very pleasant place to sit. A big plus was a table that comfortably sat the 9 of us. The Bonds take pride in their property and their care shows. We felt secure knowing that the decks and the back door were monitored by Ring video cameras. Communication was good before and during our stay. Thanks for a great week at the lake.

Well-appointed house allows family to spread out and have some privacy on 3 floors. Kitchen well stocked. Large dining table so everyone is together [we had 10] Kayaks, paddle boat and canoe to enjoy the lake [with plenty of life preservers]. A bit remote so if you want to bike you have to spend some time on the highway. Overall a great place for families.

Relaxing getaway
Siblings and their spouses (and a coupe of kids) rented this Sunrise Pines for the weekend. There was plenty of room at the dining table for everyone to eat together. We all enjoyed the water toys and the weather was ideal for spending time on the water. We had a sportsman in the group and he caught some fish. The toiletries in the main floor bathroom were appreciated. The kitchen was equipped adequately (the pizza cutter is broken). The bedrooms were comfortable. However, the pillows were way too firm. The living room provided adequate seating for tv viewing. You might want to recheck the blinds as several of them were broken. It was difficult to open and close them, thus allowing the bright sunshine to shine in in the morning making the AC work harder. The decks provided space to spend time outdoors when not on the lake. The furniture was comfortable and relaxing. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Best vacation spot!
This property has beautiful views and tons of things to do. From kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming & paddle boating in crystal clear water to sitting around the fire, playing pool, cards or foosball. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT GETAWAY!
My family celebrated my Dad's 79th birthday for 4 wonderful days! The hosts were always speedy with their responses and super helpful! The house was sparkling clean and so well equipped we didn’t need half the things we packed. We had a couple rainy days, bur no one said they were bored while having all the indoor activities that were available. Everyone had a comfy bed to sleep in although a couple single beds rathar than a queen for the teenagers would've been nice since they don't like to share a bed, but they adjusted. The only con I can say about the place is the photos made it appear more spacious but that's just my perception. The decore was fun and pristine. This will be one of our first considerations when booking a lake house for our family in the future. Thank you for sharing your property.

Bonding Time
We loved at our stay at Diane's lake house! The house was perfect for our family which included 6 kids and 6 adults. The games in the basement were a hit with the kids and we all enjoyed the water toys. There were plenty of life jackets for our group. It was so fun to see the kids using the kayaks and we all tried the SUP. The firepit was another highlight - plenty of room for everyone to sit around a nice big fire. The house itself was very clean and well-equipped. I especially appreciated some of the minor touches that some rentals lack, like plenty of hooks in the bathroom, including hooks in the shower area for swimsuits. This weekend was exactly what our family needed - to have fun, to be together, to bond. Thank you!!!!

Plenty of room to sleep all 14 of us! We loved the fire pit area at night with lots of seating and wood provide, and enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning on the deck overlooking the lake. We fished and utilized all the water equipment (paddle board, kayaks, canoe, pedal boat). Kitchen had everything needed to prep and serve our meals. Very clean! We’d definitely come again!

Beautiful home, great setup for large family or groups. If I had a complaint it is that we could not swim from the land/pier. Was too mucky and weedy. We rented a pontoon boat and swam from that and was great.

Wonderful Family Vacation July 2023
Wonderful property and beautiful, clean home. We loved the decorating. This property has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Our group of 13 enjoyed the outdoor toys. Kayaks, canoe, paddle boat, board and swim raft were put to use daily. There is a nice amount of outdoor seating to enjoy the deck and firepit area. Plenty of supplied firewood for the firepit as well. Inside is beautiful, with plenty of seating for our entire group. Pool table was great for our time indoors. Exceptional hosts had phenomenal communication and made sure we had a great stay. We requested corn hole boards and Diane went over and above to make sure we had them for our stay. Diane was always quick to respond prior to, during and even after our stay. We recommend this property and hosts for a super family vacation!

Fun summer weekend
First of all this property has everything you need for a comfortable stay. All the bedrooms were decorated so nicely. Beds were comfortable. Enough space for our group of 14. Our kids loved the pool table and foosball. They also enjoyed their own space in the lower level. We spent a lot of time swimming in the lake. We used the kayaks and SUP board and we brought many blow up rafts to relax and float about the lake. Kids fished a little bit too. We made smores by the fire and played some yard games! It was an all around great summer weekend. Fun had by all. We all wished we had stayed another day or two. You will not be disappointed if you rent this property. Hosts were quick to respond and had great communication. Diane has thought of everything!
