'NO COOLING!!! Fantastic location, decent room, but yeah… hot, muggy, and getting a response from the owner/manager was real tough, lots of automated emails, but no replies.'

'After power outage heating wouldn’t reset until an electrician came. Dishwasher didn’t operate after power outage, many Venetian blinds were broken and difficult to operate, no cloths provided to wipe surfaces and a bottle for washing machine liquid was empty. Insufficient coffee pods for a one week stay.'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grace. The apartment was modern and very clean. The location couldn't have been better. Walking distance to everything we needed and also a bus stop 1 minute walk. 15 Minute bus trip into the city which is so much more convenient than having to take the ferry. A little pricey but it's what you'd expect for that area.'

'Great location , lovely clean air conditioned apartment , fully equipped. Plenty of parking available with cafes and shops nearby. Great communication from our host . '
