Hotel was perfect! I especially want to highlight how one of your team members went above and beyond during my stay. I forgot to pack my phone charger and only had a USB cord, but the USB charging port in the room wasn’t working. When I called the front desk, they sent up an engineer who was very apologetic and tried to resolve the issue.
When he couldn’t get it working right away, he asked me to hang tight and returned shortly after with his own personal phone charger. He insisted that I use it to charge my phone. His kindness, genuine concern, and willingness to help truly stood out. The level of care he showed was beyond any customer service I’ve experienced before.
