« Comfie bed. Very clean property and breakfast area. Debbie at front desk was so friendly and helpful. She’s honest too. I hadn’t even realized I had left my credit card there when checking in and she brought it to my room. 😁 »

« I believe the hotel has “dog” rooms that are not well kept, the tub drain was not functioning, the tub had a ring, and the shampoo and soap dispensers were empty, they did come and snake the drain, at 11 pm because they could not move us to another room. They did fix the drain problem, at 11, but the room still had the other issues. This should have been checked as it was clearly a issue before. »

« Had an issue with the tv where the internet stopped working. Within 10 mi utes of notifying them they were on the case and had it fixed within the hour, fantastic service! Staff are lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Room cleaned well every day unless sign was put on door. Coming back to streetsboro and already booked my next stay here. »

« Personnel gentil! Nous sommes des voyageurs qui étaient de passage dans cette région et nous avions choisi cet établissement pour la facilité d'accès près de la route! Ce n'était pas wow mais acceptable, seul point négatif était qu'il n'y avait plus de nourriture pour le déjeuner! Pour le reste ca va! »

« Rooms were clean and well stocked, had more storage than any hotel I’ve been in. The breakfast was ok, but it complimentary so can’t complain. Parking was close and well lit. It’s about a 10 minute drive to Kent State which is what we were there for. »

« They had our room ready and let us in early as we arrived about 10 minutes early. The room was clean. It was quiet even though our room was right near the elevator. Everything was just as advertised. Friendly staff. Typical continental breakfast, but the team member working was very diligent about keeping items well stocked. Would stay there again. »
