I can see that you booked the townhouse family room which is on the first floor and you booked a room in the main building which is also on the first floor.On the third party sites that we use we do let our guests know that we are over two building and rooms are reached by stairs as we do not have any lifts.Check in is from 4pm which I understand does not suit everyone and I can only apologise for any discomfort that this caused.We truly appreciate all feedback as this allows us to identify areas for improvement.Thank you once again.Kind regards
