'I stayed in the Milton room and it was beautiful. The Hotel has a very warm feeling with lots of comfortable seating downstairs to socialize. The owner sent me an email with self check-in instructions making it very easy to proceed directly to my room. She even called me leaving a message making sure I was aware of the email and asked if I had any questions. It made me feel right at home. I would definitely stay again and recommend them to any couple who wants a romantic getaway.'

'Recently remodeled motel is conveniently located in Black Mountain and is a great value. The room, bathroom, and linens were very clean. Staff was very friendly.'

'Very nice location within walking distance of town, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Housekeeping staff does need to be a little more detail oriented. Noticed an area in bathroom that should have been cleaned which apparently was overlooked. Definitely plan to stay here again when visiting the area.'

'Great place- great price! Highly recommend'

'There could have been a better selection for breakfast, but we loved the location and the town of Black Mountain.'

'We were able to check in early which was amazing. The lobby was decorated for fall which made it homey and cozy. Staff were wonderful upon check in, house keeper was great, and bar/ restaurant staff were great. Would definitely stay here again! Great location and wonderful view from our room.'

'Een geweldige kamer. Prima verblijf. '

'Would have liked the breakfast bar to have scrambled eggs or egg and cheese omelets instead of western omelets.'

'Eenvoudig hotel met redelijk goede kamers Zeer simpel Amerikaans ontbijt Maar met wafels Geschikt voor een nachtje op doorreis Vlakbij Parkway'

'Good experience'

'Good location and quality-price relation was quite good. Rooms could use some maintenance but airco was functional and so were other amenities. We were on the fifth, too floor and had no noise from other floors or adjacent rooms. Single elevator was slow and breakfast crowded and decent but not great. Staff was helpful, friendly and hard working. Parking and grounds were well-kept and area felt safe. We walked to some breweries each night (in daylight) which was more than fine.
