Heel erg prettig. Onze kamer op de 5de verdieping met balkon was geweldig. Ondanks dat we tegenover het station verbleven hebben we totaal geen geluidsoverlast ervaren.

The hotel is okay, but the current status of the more expensive and luxury rooms are not worth the price. It was already used too much. As well it’s absolutely nonsense that in a €100+ room a minibar is not even filled. Breakfast is above expectations for Italian standards. The whole hotel is the Italian version of NH

Perfecte ligging, schoon, goed ontbijt en ruimte kamers. Aanrader om hier te verblijven. Great location, clean and spacious rooms. Would def reccommend this hotel.

Inchecken aan de balli verliep heel stroef met moeite uitleg over het ontbijt blijkbaar tegen haar gedacht dat ze haar werk deed. De man die bij het uitchecken er was heel vriendelijk Spijtig voor zo een hotel graag liever wat vriendelijkheid toch . Kamer was basis maar goede bedden en ook weinig lawaai Ontbijt heel uitgebreid en lekker ook makkelijk rechtover het treinstation

Super ligging, tegenover station en alles in Pisa op loopafstand. Ontbijt was prima. Kamers waren niet zoals op de website. De kamer was oud en sterk aan vernieuwing toe. Gaten in de muren en de verf kwam van de muren af. Foto’s van de kamers op internet zijn blijkbaar foto’s van de paar gerenoveerde kamers die het hotel heeft. Daarnaast zijn de kamers enorm gehorig. Zo werden we ‘s ochtends wakker van de wekker en het ochtendritueel van de kamers naast ons.

Kamer was een beetje sfeerloos maar wel schoon en netjes. Fijne badkamer/douche en er was een koelkastje, airco en kluis aanwezig. Bed ligt lekker (zacht) en weinig/tot geen geluiden van andere kamers. Mijn kamerpasje werkte niet, dit werd gelijk opgelost. Ontbijt was heerlijk! Veel keuze en goed verzorgd.

Great hotel in front of Pisa Central Train and Bus Station, we had 2 proper rooms, clean and very less noise from outside. Check in and check out was clear and well organised. The internet connection was free and works well. We had the typical NH hotels breakfast, it tasted very well but and the employees are very friendly. Only some of the tables are a little bit to tight to reach the buffet area without bothering other guests.

Fijn dichtbij het station en bij het centrum. Minder was het achterstallig onderhoud aan de badkamer. Kraan bleef lekker en wasbakputje stonk als hij open stond.

Service is good. Kamers zijn klein. Locatie is perfect winkels, uitgaan, pisa toren, restaurants, cafés alles op loopafstand. Airco werkt niet goed kamers zijn erg warm . Wifi werkt af en toe en heel zwak . Ontbijt is heel goed . In het algemeen Pisa is een oud en kleine stad , is niet veel te bleven behalve Pisa toren en paar kerken.

Prima hotel naast het station.
Ik heb NH Pisa als een prima hotel ervaren. Hoewel de kamer in mijn geval deels gedateerd was was deze hartstikke schoon. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel al is het Engels in sommige gevallen met wat handen en Voeten. Ze waren toen ik het hotel heb bezocht(eind juni 2018) druk in de weer met het upgraden van kamers. Ruime lobby en goed ontbijt.

Relaxt verblijf in Pisa!
Het verblijf in NH Pisa is mij goed bevallen. Het is een kwalitatief goed hotel met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Verder was de ligging ideaal tegenover het station, aangezien ik per trein arriveerde en zo naar binnen kon lopen. Schoon een een uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. En de bezienswaardigheden waren op loopafstand.

Super locatie
Fijn hotel op korte afstand van het vliegveld. Makkelijk te lopen naar de centrum de toren van Pisa. Nette kamers met fijne frisse bedden. Personeel was erg aardig en behulpzaam. Ontbijt prima.

Het hotel is prima te doen voor een paar nachten. Sommige kamers zijn gerenoveerd, die van ons was dat niet. De airco werkte niet en maakte enorme herrie, maar nadat we dit gemeld hadden werd deze gemaakt. Badkamer ook gedateerd maar wel schoon. Bedden waren prima.

Worst part about the stay is that they have a staff member who is extremely rude, doesn’t comprehend English very well (but doesn’t even try to understand what the other person is saying ) and he’s extremely extremely arrogant with an attitude problem I wanted to print some train tickets as my phone was not functioning and he was extremely unhelpful that I decided it’s easier to go to the train station and figure it out there

I have stayed here numerous times and the place and staff are nice. The issue is their air conditioning policy. The rooms are like ovens reaching 28C at night. The air conditioning will not enable until the summer months and when I complained about the crazy room temperatures they just sent someone up who told me to open my window. This is fine but you get inundated with mosquitoes. Today I woke up with an additional mosaic of mosquito bites for the 6th day in a row. If you can’t stand sleeping in very hot rooms then give this hotel a miss as they refuse to do anything about enabling the air conditioning, or at the least allowing the fan to circulate some air. Frustrating, as the place is nice and convenient if you work in Pisa like I do. Last time I’m staying here though!
