'The room was big enough for 3 people and very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. And the location was excellent, in walking distance of great restaurants and the gondola. The staff were wonderful, so friendly and helpful.'

'We paid for a room with all inclusive. The food was very delicious and diverse. The spa centre was clean, not overly crowded and spacious. The spa aria is on two floors , there are several steam baths and saunas. We like the outside pool and jacuzzi because of the hot water and the atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only disadvantage is that after dinner there isn’t entertainment for the guests ,like a play room, especially when you’re in Bansko out of the season. One...
