'Incrível, que lugar maravilhoso. Trata- se de um hotel no estilo proposto, uma casa encantada, mas não um hotel moderno. A vista é expetacular, a proposta de estar na casa de Villaró é única. O atendimento foi ótimo, a piscina aquecida e sauna são itens adicionais ótimos, mas a cultura, a arte e a história é que fazem do hotel um lugar único. '

'O apartamento é bom, mas fui surpreendido por uma cobrança de USD 180 adicionais de taxa de luz. TAXA DE LUZ!! Mesmo não sendo mencionada no email ou aplicativo do Hoteis.com. O rapaz do atendimento então me disse que cobraria somente o meu consumo, me fez tirar foto do relógio de luz com o número do meu apartamento, mas no final da estadia ele disse que se "enganou" e que o relógio correto era outro, quero sua vez estava com o número de outro apartamento em cima.
