'The apt is on the 20th floor. It has amazing views and it is in the middle of all the action. Some of the issues is that it is a very old apt. It is clear that it is an investment property. There are no perks to the apt. The gym in the building is dated. Most of the fitness machines don't work. The owner keeps control of the ac/heater unit. I had to tell him to let me handle the control after a few days. No extras in the kitchen. He was kind enough to buy a blender for the condo. There are...

'A hundred steps from the Plata Beach, 500 steps from the ocean beach; we took a beautiful walk to the lighthouse and church, photographed sea lions and seals within arm’s reach being fed scraps at the fish stand, passing through streets with elegant shops and a variety of restaurants. Off season was very quiet. Our hostess easily and quickly communicated with us before and during our stay.'

'They place is confortable enough, the location is great, just about a block from the beach. Our apartment had a distinct smell from the sink, candles needed.... Before You book, make sure you bring your own linens, no towels or sheets included, they offer them for Rent. Overall, just ok. Piriapolis however, is a great place to vacation.'

'Estaría excelente, los chicos y chicas de recepción muy atentos, tienen servicios que no publican como préstamos de indumentarias para la playa gratis (sillas, sombrillas) uso gratuito de bicicletas, si bien la piscina climatizada tiene horario igual la.puedes pedir en horario libres distintos al que tú seleccionas, la limpieza es muy buena.
