'The hotel was beautiful, however there were a few details that were overlooked and some water issues. The whole week we were there we did not have hot water in the shower and were told it was because of the high occupancy. There were also some basics in the room that were missing such as wineglasses, corkscrew and when we asked we were told there would be a delivery charge to get them. The bathrooms at the beach/pool that are shared with the Reef were out of order because they had low water....

Rooms at Comfort Suites offer the same quality and have access to the Atlantis amenities just a quick 3 minute walk next door, at a fraction of the price! Plenty of dining and shopping options. Will definitely be staying here again when I return.'

'Un hôtel très défraîchi. Nous n’avons pas eu la chambre que nous avons réservé, la solution (un lit d’appoint) n’était pas satisfaisante dans une chambre aussi petite. Le personnel est très attentif et aimable. Pas d’espace réservé à la plage contraiment à l’hôtel à côté. Très bien insonorisé. '

'The hotel is in a good location in the centre of Nassau. The state of the hotel is very bad. It is like falling apart. The room had many things broken and had very old furnisher. I can mention a few things that were broken (the window blinds, the curtains, the water stopper in the bathroom). The breakfast was ok, not much choices. The pool was emptied and getting re-painted. The staff at the reception was friendly. The cleaners did their job also very good. '

'Ac did not work. Fan in bathroom could not be turned off. Room was next to janitor and close to street so too much noise. Location was soso. Staff was friendly though'

'We had a great time! There were some extra fees for things we were not expecting- the drinks and food were pricey but the resort was so beautiful and well kept and the staff was a 10/10 and the highlight of the trip/ had a wonderful time overall! '

'Money got stolen from my safe! Overal room was kinda outdated, the bathtub was plugged. There was litteraly 2 nice people from all the staff, the lady at front desk atleast gave me 100 dollar discount for the inconveniance. Overal the crimes in Bahamas are very high , i felt unsafe unfortunally. '

'The hotel is very nice but has some issues that are not acceptable at this price point. The rooms are clean but could use some upgrades. The bathroom had cracked tiles, sink that drained very slow, one of the sinks didn’t dispense cold water, etc. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the ocean front views are breath taking. We did have some issues with our door not locking and unlocking upon arrival and the hotel also forgot to pick us up after one of the tours we booked...

'Rooms were very nice and clean. Property was really well kept and clean. Excellent service. The pools were kind of empty and not super sunny for vacation lying out. Beach was kind of dull, not a lot going on at the pool or beach. Restaurants were good but very expensive. '

'Staff which tried to be funny, but who made us feel really uncomfortable. The property is built up a hill which makes it inconvenient to walk anywhere. They have their own taxi, but are not able to plan. We changed our schedule for the taxi in line with their availability. They announced different prices for the ride twice and finally reserved a taxi which was more than 2 times more expensive than announced. Don’t expect anything complementary, even for the small bottles of water in the room...
