'Was not given the room types we reserved, one room had a chair, the other did not, one room had no hair dryer, the other did. Both bathrooms had mold and mildew in the showers, one shower was broken. Plumbing made horrible sounds at seemingly random times. Only positive about the experience was the price'

'breakfast very good quality for standard fare. Would definitely recommend having a prearranged plan to get to hotel if going from Houston airport. Can be very expensive if cab or uber. Best to rent car. Be careful of being charged by both transportation driver and hotel for travel from and to airport. '

'Clearly a recent building or very well renovated given the paint smell when entering the room (wich was noticeable but gone very quickly when turning on the airconditioning).
Very light and modern setting with friendly and helpful staff.
Not directly to the beach so you’re located at a more quiet place. Yet the beach is less then a 5 minute walk where there’s a plethora of dining options to choose from along the coastline. Divided with cute little beach shops in between.

'Overall, our stay was average. The room was very spacious and would be great for longer stays, which we really appreciated. We did have a balcony, but we were disappointed that it was not a beachfront balcony as we had expected. The Wi-Fi was also unreliable and could definitely be improved. Despite those issues, the room itself was comfortable and roomy, making it a good option for extended stays.'

'Friendly staff, in my stay for a week no making the bed or clean sheets, i had to ask for new towels.
Only 4 chairs at the pool and every day i had to ask to open the pool.
The hotel is a bit noisy but i felt save and welcome due to the staff.'

'We stayed at this hotel on the way to a cruise, and it was perfect for a quick stopover. The hotel is a typical Quality Inn. It was affordable and clean. The lady at the front desk was nice and friendly. The only reason I'm ranking it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the room had some kind of smell to it.
Just so you know, there is no fitness center. I couldn't find much information on the website because it's a chain, but I did find some sites online that said there is a fitness center....

'The room was clean . The staff was friendly when asked about area. The hotel is pet friendly,and all the folks there were friendly. After spending the night the breakfast was good. They also had coffee before breakfast opened. Beach is across the the street. Easy to walk to . Great location. We had a very nice stay.'

'I had booked three rooms (Beachside) Hotel is located right across the street from the Beach. Staff was super friendly. We came early and they gave us access to their pool and parking pass so we could wait until our rooms were ready!!! Rooms itself were spacious, clean and had a small refrigerator, ironboard! Beds were comfortable! Bathrooms had everything needed … shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soap as well as hair dryer!! We had a great experience!!'
