The living room opens onto a terrace overlooking the pool, furnished with a table and chairs—ideal for those who want to enjoy the outdoors. The apartment is air-conditioned. Just 250 meters from the property, walking through the historic pine forest that runs along the coast, you’ll reach the golden-sand beach—located at the clearest stretch of our coastline, right next to Torre Cerrano.
