The space
The building has an elevator. The full apartment was renovated in June 2022 with high quality materials. This beautiful beachfront flat has capacity for 4 persons and has two spacious rooms with built in wardrobes. One room has a double bed and another room has two single beds with possibility of joining them. In the surrounding of the building you have a playground and the beach. The summers in Spain can be hot so you have a modern new Air Conditioning system. The apartment is equipped with all new appliances: EU & USB plugs, electric shutters, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave with grill, oven, washing machine, wireless vacuum cleaner, iron machine, hair drier, freezer, fridge and all necessary cooking utensils. You can also work from home office thanks to the fast Wi-Fi or relax on the big, comfortable sofa with chaiselongue. We are a family friendly apartment and a baby cot and a high chair are available upon request (free of charge).
